The method involves cooling stone by addition of ice and admission of an ice mash, and passing the defrosted ice mash before mixing the stone with the cement and the water. The stone is rinsed by supplying cold rinse water during or after letting the passage of the deforested ice mash and before mixing with the cement and the water. The rinse water and/or blowing air are cooled using the ice mash.
