The method involves setting a predetermined time interval (T) between the signaling components (S) and refresh signals (R) assigned with communication relation in a communication network. When a part of the refresh signals in the predetermined time area is determined to be missing based on the communication relation, the predefined time area is selectively set to be larger than the time interval required to restart the signaling components. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) Communication arrangement in a communication network; and (2) Signaling component.
