A flat base material (1) divided into two by a dividing line (2), is bonded to a flat connecting material (3), formed with diagonal attenuation lines (4), via adhesive layer (5). The tensile strength, which runs perpendicular to the length of separable region of the base material, is greater than the shear strength likewise perpendicular to the separable region. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a use of a catch rag; and (2) a catch mechanism.
