Safe preparation of highly fine particle suspension comprises dissolving a solid in a solvent, freezing the solution, lyophilizing the solid matrix in a solvent, withdrawing the solid matrix from the solvent by lyophilization and/or directly extracting the solid matrix in frozen condition, dispersing the solid matrix in an external phase and applying average or high power on the dispersion to form particle suspension; whose average particle size measured with photon-correlation-spectroscopy (PCS) is below 1000 (preferably below 100) nm. ACTIVITY : Pesticide. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
