Automatic gearbox clutch controlling method for use in vehicle, involves modifying clutch pedal characteristics based on driving condition such that releasing of clutch is accelerated and locking of clutch is decelerated
The method involves altering a pedal value based on clutch pedal characteristic during operation of clutch pedals in releasing path for operation of the clutch. The clutch pedal characteristics are modified based on the driving condition such that releasing of the clutch is accelerated and locking of the clutch is decelerated by medium to high clutch moments. An independent claim is also included for a control unit for controlling an automatic clutch of an automatic gear in a gear train of a vehicle.
