The device has an air duct (15) for delivering air into an internal space of a motor vehicle, and a casing (1) for accommodating an aura medium. Two openings (2, 3) are attached to the casing, such that airstream is supplied through the opening (2) and guided through the opening (3). Closing units (6) selectively closes one of the openings. The closing units are moved translatory on the openings (2, 3), which are to be closed. An independent claim is also included for the use of an aura medium.
