The machine has a hysteresis clutch to connect a shaft of a motor (14) and a drive shaft of a paper slow down device. The clutch slides when its nominal torque exceeds, such that a hysteresis material of the clutch due to continuous reversing of the polarity by a rotating permanent magnet of the motor absorbs energy from the motor and converts the energy to heat loss, which is dissipated to the environment.
