Dental glazes for the prevention of tooth decay, desensitization and fluoridation of teeth

The present invention relates to dental glazes containing reaction products of rosin with polyalcohols dissolved in mixtures of C¶2¶-C¶4¶ alcohols with C¶5¶-C¶7¶ hydrocarbons which have been found to be present in the prevention of dental disease and the reduction of the sensitivity of teeth are effective. Such glazes may optionally contain therapeutic, antimicrobial and sensory enhancers.
