Hand-held device (100) has adhesive covered up with separation material (12) whereby tape (10) is wound into role (20) in form of an archimedean spiral which consists of framework (30) at one end of which roll mounting (31) is present with opening (38) for tape roll, so that tape roll is swiveling stored and at other end three rollers are present across which tape is led. Axis centers of rollers are parallel to each other and to axis center of roll mounting. Tape from roll is led by first roller gap (61) between first and second roller. Tape aligned after first roller (41) on one side of carrier (11) is isolated from separation material. Carrier loops partly at first roller and is supplied underground. Separation material loops with second roller (42) and is led between second roller gap (62) between second and third roller. If necessary, further roller column is present into which carrier and separation material are led. Separation material partly loops with third roller (43) and is exhausted whereby second or third roller or both are rotatable.
