In decorative board of wood material (I) with a conventional basic construction and (small) particles (II) of foreign material on the surface on one or both sides that determine the surface structure, (II) are irregularly spaced and cover 10-75% of the surface of the board, under a transparent protective coating. An independent claim is also included for production of the board.
