The mechanism has front and rear wheel-braking devices comprising a main cylinder, a primary wheel cylinder (7) and a primary fluid path (10). An anti-blocking modulator (90) has a recycling path, and reconducts a working fluid from the cylinder (7) to a reconduction section of the primary path through the recycling path by an action of a pump arranged in the recycling path when an initial pressure of the cylinder (7) is reduced. An independent claim is also included for a motorcycle comprising a motorcycle brake mechanism.
