The headrest has a support area which is a multipoint support (17a,17b) with a point shaped support area, which are arranged in the same plane of the cross section (h1,h2) of sleeve-like guide structure (14). The support has support element in the support area whereby guide structure of the support element is elastic to the supporting bar (12).
