The lock device comprises a body (1) with teeth (2) on its inner upper surface, an element (3) with a coat and a fluid divider that is connected on the inner side upper surface with the longitudinal edges (6) and on its outer side upper surface with threads as well as fixture teeth for cooperating operation with the teeth of the body. There is a window (9) in the coat wall that has inwardly oriented notches (10) and a lock (11) in the form of a hollow cylinder (12) with surrounding sealing chambers (13) on its outer upper surface and which is connected with a hollow cylinder~s (14) larger diameter via a bridge (15) that has an outer ring flange (16) for fixture to the element.
