The apparatus has a strut coupled at a lower portion of a knuckle that is connected to a wheel hub. A set of length varying units (13) is installed between an upper end of a strut and a vehicle body, such that the lengths of the units vary along a longitudinal direction of the strut. The unit with cylinders varying in length in response to hydraulic pressure is mounted on strut to form a triangle in the centre of strut.
