The device has a storage (1) such that it stores the gas for producing a stationary condition within the container (2). It produces the dynamic equilibrium between the dissolved gas in the liquid and gas in the atmosphere which surrounds the liquid. Positive pressure is maintained relative to the internal pressure and the gas is discharged if necessary.
