The system has a controller (6) to determine a heat quantity that is transferred by a heat source to a heat transferring medium. The determined heat quantity is radiated when the heat transformation medium is condensed. A temperature detector (7) detects a temperature of the heat source such that the controller determines the transferred heat quantity based on the temperature of the heat source. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling an electrical power of a power supply controller.
