The bezel has a heating unit (14) incorporated and adhesively attached into a thermally conductive substrate (12). A pair of electrical contacts (16) is attached to the heating unit to attach the bezel to a handle. The unit of the bezel is connected to a heating unit of the handle. The substrate has combination of materials such that a side of the bezel differs from rest of the substrate. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a handle comprising a bezel (B) a method of forming a heated handle.
