The module (1) has an integrated circuit (3) for storing and/or converting of data and for transmitting the data on a concerned requirement of a telecommunication device (2). A function is implemented in the integrated circuit, with which the telecommunication device is activated to the requirement of the data from the module. The module has a contact field (4) with contact surfaces (5). An independent claim is also included for a telecommunication device with a safety module.
