White light emitting phosphorus mixture (I) for wavelength transformation, comprises three phosphor compounds of formulae (A 5(PO 4) 3Cl:Eu 2 + (a), D 2SiO 4:Eu (b) and MS:Eu (c)) in a composition, in which visible-ultraviolet radiation is transformed into light, arranged with CIE-coordinates (x, y). A : Sr, Ca, Ba and Mg; D : Ba, Sr or Ca; M : Sr or Ca; x : =0.25 and =0.45; and y : =0.25 and =0.43. An independent claim is included for a white light emitting device (A) comprising a light emitting diode to emit visible-ultraviolet radiation, wavelength converting part, which is arranged in the light emitting direction of (A), white light emitting phosphorus mixture and a hardening resin, where (I) is arranged with CIE-coordinates (x, y), in which x is =0.3 and =0.45 and y is =0.3 and =0.43.
