The slide block (1) has a main body (2) with slide faces (3,4) engaging on slide faces (5,6) of a slide rail (7). At least one, pref. both first slide faces are pre-tensioned elastically in direction of the slide rail faces. The first slide faces may be located on stop parts (10,11). Spring elements (8,9) are positioned between main body and first slide faces, and there are damper layers (28,29) between main body and stop parts. The main body has two spring chambers (26,27).
