The tool has a hand grip (10) and a cutter unit which is connected with a cutter bar (21) which lies close and lateral to a longitudinal axis (11) of the grip. The cutter unit has a curved cutter carrier (20) which can be swiveled about 180 degrees around a swiveling axis (14) opposite the grip. The axis (14) is pivoted in an angle to the longitudinal axis of the grip and is engaged to a perpendicular bisector of the bar.
