The cover has a movable rod (10) with a number of linked legs (13-15), the first (13) of which is joined at a pivot axis (16) to a main bearing (11) connected to the vehicle body. An adjustment element (24) is attached near the main bearing for swiveling one of the rod legs to adjust a cover position at a tip of the cover opposite the main bearing. An independent claim is also included for a cabriolet vehicle with an inventive cover.
