The system has a rectangular partition framework (10) for insertion into a furniture drawer. The rectangular partition framework has longitudinally adjustable walls (11-14) that include telescope like adjustable wall units for lengthwise adjustment of the walls. The wall units are provided in the form of frame units (16) and a partition wall (18) arranged between them. Resting holes are arranged on outer side of the frame units.
