The fluid warming bag (1), especially a blood warming bag, comprises a throughflow volume (3) formed by two flexible plastic films interconnected on four boundary edges (5-8) and with a trapezoidal base form. The bag has an inlet line opening (12) and an outlet line opening (14) located on a first boundary edge. An insertion edge (15) is installed on a second boundary edge (6) and lies opposite the first boundary edge. A fluid guiding seam (20) is formed by a connection of the plastic films in the region of the throughflow volume, whereby the insertion flap is formed as part of the plastic films which protrudes beyond the second boundary edge. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a blood warmer for use with a blood warming bag; and (B) a fluid warming system with a bag warmer.
