The force transmission takes place over drive wheel (25), couplable or uncouplable at clamping wheel, for winding of pull rope in clamping wheel (11). The operating element is fixed or pluggable as unilateral or bilateral lever on clamping wheel. An independent claim is also included for a Christmas tree support.
