The retainer has a core piece (K) in which elastic wands are clamped through a counter plate by utilizing a screw depending upon diagonal or vertical arrangement of the core piece. A set of milling notches (N) is provided to accommodate objects at bars, where bars are utilized based on size and weight of the objects. Angles of the bars are adjusted to a desired position by loosening of the screw and clamp of the bars.
