The device for the slackening of a bolt (2) fitted tightly in a location hole has a yoke with a first and second (5) cross strut fastened to its respective ends so that both struts lie in the same half-plane and are positioned on both sides of the location hole. The second cross strut has a guide hole (8) above which a withdrawal slot (10) extends parallel to the yoke so that the guide hole is open on one side. The width of the withdrawal slot is greater than or the same as half the diameter of the guide hole and especially equal to the diameter of the guide hole.
