The tracheotomy trinket comprises of a preferably oval shaped trinket plate and a ring shaped retainer. The trinket plate is approximately 7cm to 8cm wide, approximately 5cm to 6cm high and concaved. The circular retainer has diameter of approximately 10mm to 16mm and is approximately 15mm high. A circular retainer, for T-piece and/or for connection to T-piece, is mounted on the rear side of trinket plate.
