The apparatus has a Web-Cam terminal (1) with an electronic camera (2) that is aligned to a marked base pad (3), where the terminal has a paying device and control device. The control device releases the delay in taking up of digital pictures after the paying process. The digital pictures are stored in Internet on an Internet page using a transmission device, where the Internet page is callable by an external computer. The electronic camera is arranged in the front side of the photo generating device in a retractable manner. The photo generating device is covered by sliding doors. The external computer also generates a password.
