The device has an actuator (3) and a cartridge for fragrance dispenser. The fragrance is produced by a set of fragrance pieces integrated in a casing of a cell phone from inside or outside to dispense a pleasant fragrance continuously. The fragrance is led out by using a sprayer (5) through an outlet, where the cartridge is inserted into an inserting case (7) and the fragrance pieces can be removed and replaced from their position.
