Oral combination (I) comprises the dosage units of: (A) comprising e.g. zinc oxide, (B) comprising highly purified fish oil, (C) comprising ascorbic acid; and optionally one or more dosage units of: (D) comprising carotenoid, (E) comprising vitamin B complex, (F) comprising lutin, (G) comprising lycopene, (H) comprising bioflavonoid; and (I) comprising aqueous cinnamon extract. Combination (I) for simultaneous or sequential oral administration comprises the dosage units of: (A) (comprising d- alpha tocopherol acetate, zinc oxide, copper oxide); (B) (comprising highly purified fish oil containing omega -3-fatty acid, which contains eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid); (C) (containing ascorbic acid); and optionally one or more dosage units of: (D) (comprising carotenoid containing lutein, zeaxanthene, zinc oxide, copper oxide); (E) (comprising vitamin B complex containing riboflavin and cobalamin); (F) (comprising carotenoid containing lutein, zeaxanthene); (G) (carotenoid containing lycopene), (H) (comprising bioflavonoid and anthocyanin (derived from bilberry, elder berry and red wine grape/cluster)) and (I) (comprising aqueous cinnamon extract) in the form of medicaments, diet, food or food supplement.
