The device has a mesh wire provided in a strip of approximately 10 centimeters. The wire with a mesh size of approximately 3 millimeters is turned back at a size of approximately 6 centimeters with a radius of approximately 1 centimeter over a sector of approximately 135 degrees. The wire is semi circularly turned back, such that a distance of approximately 1.5 centimeter remains between ends of the wire and inclined surfaces. The lowest mesh of the turned back wire is open to preside over running wires.
