The device has a steel shank (2) provided with a spike (4) for creating an impact hole in a window, where the spike is formed as replaceable tapering unit. Pivoted levers (8) and a handling grip (3) lie in an operating position on the inner side of the window. The shank and the grip form a structural unit. The levers are provided in side edges of the shank and swivel up after complete penetration of the shank into the window.
