The grip has a first body element made of rigid material in order to fit on the hand held article. The first body element has tubular body with an internal and external facings whereby interior facing has a slotted hole with several openings. The second body element is made of flexible material with an internal and external facing. External facing acts as impact absorbing layer. The internal facing of the second body element is arranged in the slotted hole of tubular body in such a way that it forms an anti-slide layer on the interior surface of the tubular body. A connecting part is provided in order to connect the outside and inside portion of the second body element.
