At least one connecting component (30) of the profile (62, 72) includes a projecting mounting section (48). The profile has a number of connecting components (64, 74) in a row. These are identical, and set at regular spacings. In cross section, they are mushroom-shaped. The connecting section projects from the profile in a connecting direction (32). The mounting section projects away from the profile, parallel or essentially parallel to the connecting direction, and stands out from the connecting component. The undercut section (40) has a depth (44) transverse to the direction of connection, and a width (42) parallel to the connecting direction. Depth and width correspond. The mounting section extends over the entire length of the connecting component, in a direction transverse to the connecting direction. Further detail of the geometry is included. Salient features include construction in resilient material, e.g. a silicon rubber, which can be sterilized.
