The bag (1) has an inlet (2) for modular component parts that are to be arranged in the bag. The inlet is formed of deformable tubes which extend from inlet openings (8) in the bag, where the tubes are made of same material as that of the bag. Facilities are provided for connecting the bag onto an air bag module. The inlet is separately provided in the air bag module and is away from a gas bag connection (3).
