The breast cushion has the form of an open flower with the individual elements or flower petals being about the same size in a first variant and larger and extending in an arc upwards in a second variant. A cut-out is made in the middle of the cushion and its diameter varies with the size of the cushion. The cushion is made of a material which is sympathetic to skin, with a filling of spelt grains or cherry stones, or may have a plastic casing with a fluid filling which is suitable for warming or cooling.
