Shroud (1) has upper cover (2), which locks box shaped shroud closely, and prevents flooding of ship and tunnel appendages (3) for star board and back board. Mounting attachment is fitted for putting on top of shroud to prevent flooding of the ship. Height of the shroud is so adjusted that the upper cover lies above the water line.
