Remote control has sound output device (3) and wireless receiver or transmitter (12) for receiving and transmitting audio frequency signals produced by electronic equipment (2). Remote control also has a digital or analog transducer (13) connected electrically with the sound output device. The control circuit (11) is electrically connected with the wireless receiver or transmitter, digital or analog transducer and with majority of keys (111) in order to receive and transmit the audio frequency signals whereby the keys are formed to create control signals.
