PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of solving hidden node problem in a radio LAN.;SOLUTION: Many party sessions are rescheduled at the interruption of a radio communication session. A device STA 3 replaces an AP with a signal 444. This replacement lasts for a period T31, which is shorter than an allocated period T3. This shortage is due to many reasons, including for example, a reason why data do not reach the device STA 3 within the time for retransmission. An access point transmits a rescheduling frame R, when the interruption is detected.
