The modular unit (1) has U-shaped vertical units (2) joined to U-shaped horizontal cross-pieces (3) placed at two different heights. The U-shaped vertical ends of replicas (2`) of the units (2) present extensions (4) at the level of the cross-pieces. Each extension has on its projecting end side, a small round notch (5) inserted in a last converging section, such that the extensions engage in housings (7) of the contiguous modular unit.
