The system has a transmission provided with fixed rotation gear ratio for continuous operation. Another transmission is utilized between two sprockets (3, 4) having variable radius and constant distance from centers for offering a variable gear ratio attaining the fixed gear ratio atleast once. An actuating mechanism allows transition between two transmissions at the point of same gear ratio.
