The apparatus has a lever including an arm that is short and has the shape of a thin blade at one of its end to slide under a door for raising the door. An elongated arm of the lever has pedal shape at its one end. The lever is integrated to a wheel shaft at a point so as to be moved on a plane supporting wheels of the shaft, where axes of the point and the shaft are perpendicular with respect to each other.
