The vent has a deflector-flap (3) mounted pivoting around a transversal axis (A) of an air duct (10) of a hollow body (2), and having a control slide valve (18). The flap is moved between a closed position of the duct and open positions related to exit air flow directions. A hub cap (4) fixed on the body covers the flap to form an outlet air grid. The body, flap and cap are mounted rotatably around a central axis of a dashboard.
