The device has a crosspiece (4) placed under a poles/stakes bundle (1) to form a bundle support base on a bearing surface, where the crosspiece does not exceed the bundle base area. A groove is made in a lower side of the crosspiece and receives a U-shaped cradle (8). U shaped wings (10) are housed in the groove, once the cradle is mounted in the crosspiece so that the crosspiece permits to hold the wings in a vertical position.
