The device is constituted of a container that hermetically seals an ice sheet mixed with a product e.g. salt. The product freezes the ice sheet during functioning of the device. The mixed ice sheet and product contains itself liquid nitrogen such that the device acts in an external medium e.g. ambient air, to provide chillness. A filament network is formed close to the device for condensing water vapor contained in an ambient air.
