The system has a processing center (100) coupled to a communication interface (50) via a network and including a computer having an electronic component testing software to generate controls for sending electrical test signals to the component and to interpret data received in response to the signals. The interface (50) has a computer with software to emit control signals to an electrical interface (11) to send the electrical signals.
