A heat accumulating disk (15) is fixed to the bottom center of a cooking pot (12), by threading a screw rod (14) at the bottom center into a screw hole on the disk. The disk is gapped with respect to the bottom (122) of same pot. Two or more similar disks can be stacked above or under the fixed disk.
