The method involves sticking or welding flaps to constitute an envelope with inner and outer layers. The layers are designed by woven or non-woven fabric, where the non-woven fabric maintains an activated carbon layer that neutralizes contaminants by absorption. The number of flaps is limited according to possibility of feasibility. The inner layer is composed of an aluminized film and the envelope is integrally sealed.
