The device has a drum (1) guided on a sensor drive shaft (5) through a flange (9) of an integration unit (6) and winding a cord (2) that is guided outwards though a fixed cord outlet. The drum is connected to the unit (6) through a drum drive unit (8) that drives the drum in translation in a protection casing (4). The unit (8) cooperates with the flange and a fixed integration unit (10) of the casing.
